The Propano farming estate was formed by several farms that made up an extensive land area of over 200 "giornate piemontesi" (this is a form of measurement used in Piedmont that was based on the average amount of work an agricultural worker did by hand in one day), living quarters, stables and storage buildings for hay and grain.
Today following a careful restoration, in order to maintain the historical buildings and with the agricultural production limited to hay due to the reduced land expansion, it is home to Agriturismo Camisassi and Antico Podere Propano, a delightful 3 star superior hotel.
